ISO Spiral Flute Taps With No Coating is a thread machining tool that complies with the GB/T standard. Its core features are the design of the spiral groove structure and the material characteristics without coating. This tap adopts a spiral groove type with an adjustable angle of 10 ° -50 °, which can effectively guide the chips to be discharged along the spiral groove. It is particularly suitable for blind hole processing with a hole depth of ≤ 3D, which can significantly improve the surface smoothness of the thread and reduce the risk of chip blockage.
